Think you might not have the space or time for a woodburning stove? Think again.

With its particularly compact depth, the Derwent can be fitted into a 16" standard fireplace thanks to convenient design of a rear flue outlet. Another benefit is this 5kW stove has no need for an air brick. And it's a big performer, producing a generous heat to your room. When you've come into a cold house, the Derwent is amazingly quick to warm up- thanks to the tripleburn feature which ignites fuel fast. Worrying about the expense of fuel? Don't be. We’ve made this stove one of our most efficient ever, making logs (or other approved fuel) last even longer.  It's just so easy to enjoy a roaring fire all evening. Let the Derwent welcome you home.

  • Parkray Consort No.5 Stove

The Consort 5 is a big designer statement. Sleek and Chic, its perfect for aspiring decorators. And there's no pretentious price-tag.

Wood or charcoal? Green or blue? Minimalist or country? This stove is built to be styled by you, your way. Clean lines and modern technology come as standard (this wouldn't be a Parkray if it didn't). But you define the rest.

Essential design features are built in. Our favourites include:
    • Cleanburn technology, for our best yet performance
    • Multi-fuel grate to burn wood or other solid fuel
    • A cool-touch handle and riddling
    • Hot Airwash to keep the glass clean
    • Maximum heat output of 5kW

The rest is over to you. Design your stove to complement the walls, the floor or the dog. Customise your Consort 5 with a metallic finish in green, blue or black; add brass fittings or a canopy. Everyone is different. But everyone recognises good designs. Don't you?

  • Parkray Consort No.9 Stove

    The deceptive powerful mid-weight stove.

With a heat output averaging 9kW, the Consort 9 fits nicely in the middle of our range. But there's nothing average about the performance of this workhorse.

Forget DIY: The Consort 9 does it all: heats your room, runs your hot water and toasts your crumpets. Despite its smaller stature it issues an amazing 6kW of heat, which is perfect for warming up family rooms. But that's not all it does, at the twist of a cool-touch handle – and maintains it's "cleanburn" system thoughout. This brilliant new technology works in two ways: firstly, a "recouper" and internal lining ensure that heat stays inside the stove, being directed outwards rather than upwards. Secondly, unburned gases are reignited inside the stove, so that there's less to go up the chimney. And in return for all this hard work, the Consort 9 doesn't even ask you to clean it.

  • Hunter Hawk No.4 Stove

You have to meet the Hawk to believe it.

    Output nominal/max Kw - 3.5 - 4Kw

  • Hunter Herald No.8 Stove

Looking for low-maintenance stove? Try the Herald 8. First pick up some logs (up to 20" the larger the better). Lay the grate and light fire. Now you're free to enjoy your evening. This family sized stove, with an output of up to 11kW, virtually fuss-free.

    Output nominal/max Kw - 7.5 - 9.5Kw

Cool air from the room is drawn in at the base of the stove and heated before rising out of the top of the stove into the room. This process also means that the outer surface of the stove while still very hot is much less likely to burn then an ordinary stove. Non convection stoves heat by radiation which travels in straight lines but ESSE convector stoves emit a continuous gentle stream of hot air which can evenly heat every nook and cranny of a room. The 301 offers the best of both the 300 and 350. It fits straight into a standard fireplace but boasts a 5kW/h output. It is also equipped with secondary air control for burning wood and smokeless fuel.
